The roof is an existing hip roof with wood trusses and a concrete tile roof system. The existing 4" concrete slab as well as the exterior and interior monolithic concrete footings maybe undermined approximately 3' wide by 3' in depth starting at the existing cleanout in the front of the building as shown on the plans.
