Inspection of slab undermining fora plumbing repair
for Kessler located at -6913 NW 12.6 Avenue, Parkland,
Florida
Dear Lee,
Per your request, we have reviewed and marked the proposed
tunnel location on the attached foundation plan for the
two-story, single family residence located at the above
address, which is to be undermined to complete a plumbing
repair. The roof is an existing hip roof with wood trusses
and a concrete tile roof system. The existing 4" concrete
slab as well as the exterior and interior monolithic
concrete footings maybe undermined approximately 3' wide by
3' in depth starting at the existing cleanout in the front
of the building as shown on the plans. Upon completion of
the plumbing repair this void should be filled with a
flowable or pneumatically placed fill.
