Taking care of the details around the Somerset and Sawgrass Bay entry features.
Attached are letters to acknowledge agreement and satisfy the requirements of Resolution No. 2008-60 and
Resolution No. 2007-120 having to do with the Somerset and Sawgrass Bay entry features. It is my
understanding that Mr. Coker spoke with Mr. Maurodis and agreed that these letters should meet the
requirements of those resolutions.
Originals are being sent via US Mail.

Re: Resolution No. 2008-60-Somerset Entry Features
Dear Ms. Gardner-Young:
Please accept this letter as the agreement by WCI Communities, LLC to the tenns of
Resolution No. 2008-60 including but not limited to the provisions of paragraph 7 of the
Resolution as follows:
The entry features for Somerset shall receive a final certificate of
occupancy no later than eighteen (18) months from issuance of a
building pennit. If the Project is not completed as evidenced by the
Cet1ificate of Completion or other statement of completion by the City
within eighteen (18) months of the date of the issuance of a building
pennit, then in that event, the site plan and building pennit referencing
the project shall be null and void and Owner shall be required to apply
for a new site plan approval and new building pennits. Additionally, the
City shall not allow inspections and plans review on such project to
occur. Additionally, Owner shall be required to pay a fee equal to
double the standard site plan review fee and double the building pennit
fee paid for the original site plan approval and the original building
penn it.
