Caryn Gardner-Young, City Manager City of Parkland 6600 University Drive Parkland, FL 33067 Re: Resolution No. 2008-60-Somerset Entry Features Dear Ms. Gardner-Young: Please accept this letter as the agreement by WCI Communities, LLC to the tenns of Resolution No. 2008-60 including but not limited to the provisions of paragraph 7 of the Resolution as follows: The entry features for Somerset shall receive a final certificate of occupancy no later than eighteen (18) months from issuance of a building pennit. If the Project is not completed as evidenced by the Cet1ificate of Completion or other statement of completion by the City within eighteen (18) months of the date of the issuance of a building pennit, then in that event, the site plan and building pennit referencing the project shall be null and void and Owner shall be required to apply for a new site plan approval and new building pennits. Additionally, the City shall not allow inspections and plans review on such project to occur. Additionally, Owner shall be required to pay a fee equal to double the standard site plan review fee and double the building pennit fee paid for the original site plan approval and the original building penn it.
