Jean – I have reviewed Sable Pass Monument Signage (CAB17-001) and found it to comply with the City’s Landscape
Code and sufficient to forward to P&Z.

Hi Jill,
Do you have any comments for the Sable Pass Monument sign? There’s no reason for a DRC meeting and if you’re okay
with the plans we can schedule it to go to P & Z in January.
I look forward to your response.

Hi Mike –
The meeting is scheduled for 12/13/16. I don’t have any comments or questions that would require you coming in for a
meeting. Jean will be able to tell you if anyone else had comments or questions. If there are no specific issues, the
application will be scheduled for Planning & Zoning with the need for a DRC meeting.

Good morning,
Regarding the permit process for the main ID sign at Sable Pass. I just wanted to follow up and see if the schedule has
been created for the meeting?
Thanks,
