HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-40 Recognition of Andrew Maurodis for High Professional Standards RESOLUTION 99-40 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, RECOGNIZING CITY ATTORNEY ANDREWMAURODISFORIDS HIGH PROFESSIONAL LEGAL STANDARDS AND ETHICS, AND HIS CONTINUING LEGAL CONTRI- BUTIONS TO THE CITY OF PARKLAND WHEREAS, City Attorney Andrew Maurodis has served the City of Parkland for over a decade with distinction, resourcefulness, and dignity; and WHEREAS, Andrew Maurodis was recently recognized by the Martindale- Hubbell Bar Register for his high standards and ethics; a recognition that is limited to only the most distinguished law practices; and WHEREAS, The Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register recognition is for the highest level of legal ability with a very high adherence to the professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. Andrew Maurodis is publicly thanked for his numerous long time commitments and contributions to the City of Parkland. Section 2. All City Officials and Administrators take great pride in this recent noteworthy recognition by the Preeminent Bar Register in the United States. Section 3. The Mayor, City Commissioners, City Manager, and City staff extend our very warmest appreciation and genuine affection and sincere thanks for his continued presence among us and we look forward to an extension of our wonderful relationship.
