1999-31 Site Plan Approval-Ternbridge Estates Entry Signage, Sales Trailer & Tot Lot ... . f . RESOLUTION 99 - 31 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR THE ENTRY SIGNAGE AND A SALES TRAilER AND SALES SIGN INCLUDING ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE TERNBRIDGE ESTATES DEVELOPMENT, PETITIONED BY GORDON HOMES XXV, INC.; CASE NO. 05-SP-99. WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony for and against the petition of Gordon Homes XXV, Inc. for site plan approval for the entry signs, a sales trailer and sign, including associated landscaping within Tembridge Estates (alkla Bennington); and WHEREAS, the site plan for the proposed entrance signs and the sales trailer and the tot lot have been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board which voted 6-0 for approval. The proposed site plan is found to be in conformance with all applicable regulations and is in compliance with current concurrency as well as land development regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, that; The Tembridge Estates (alkla Bennington) site plan inclusive of entry sign, sales trailer and landscaping is approved with the following conditions: 1. This approval is based on plans entitled Tembridge Estates, prepared by Neal, Smith & Associates dated received by the Planning Deparbnent on April 1 5, 1999. 2. The petitioner shall prior to issuance of a building permit for the sales trailer provide to the city a $5000.00 bond for removal of the trailer, parking lot and construction of berm and landscaping at both the sales trailer and the construction entrance on Parkside Drive. 3. This approval shall not allow for the secondary neighborhood signage within the subdivision, but a street light with a sign is allowed. 4. The petitioner shall provide additional parking within the development at the direction of the City Manager at such time as there is determined a shortage of parking spaces. 5. The petitioner shall be allowed a twenty-four (24) inch by seventy-two (72) inch sign facing west on Parkside Drive. The sign shall be placed on the fence with a maximum height of five (5) feet and columns of a maximum six foot six inch (6'6") in height. 6. The temporary sign on Parkside Drive is approved for a maximum time frame of twenty-four (24) months from the issuance of a permit or the last certificate of occupancy for Tembridge, which ever occurs first. 7. The tot lot equipment shall receive separate approval. . .
