1998-36 Approval Entry Sign Heron Bay 5 Subdivision RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 36 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, APPROVING IDENTIFICATION I ENTRY SIGNAGE FOR THE HERON BAY FIVE SUBDMSION; CASE NO. 03R-SP-98. WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony for and against the petition of TBI Heron Bay Limited Partnership requesting approval for entry signage for the Heron Bay Five Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. 98-18 on June 17, 1998 and said Resolution was approved with condition number # 2 which stated the approval did not include the signage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, THAT; Resolution No. 98-18 shall be in full force and effect, and the approved signage shall be for the following: 1.) Entry sign for Heron Bay Five Subdivision as reflected on the plans dated received by the Planning Department on August 27, 1998 drawn by Parker Vannette Design Group containing one (1) sheet.
