WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission, on the 17th day of December, 1997, a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony and receive Exhibits for and against the petition of R. David and Susan Perdue, requesting a variance to Section 22-166(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Parkland on the property described as 10587 NW 69 Street, Parkland, Florida also known as Lot 12A, Fox Ridge. FROM: 25' front yard setback IQ;, 23.4' front yard setback VARIANCE: 1.6' front yard setback WHEREAS, a proper notice of Public Hearing was sent to property owners of record within 500 feet of the subject property. WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment on October 28, 1997 granted approval of the variance with a condition. WHEREAS, the Petitioner has requested an appeal per Section 22-328 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Parkland. WHEREAS, after due consideration of all testimony and review of the criteria for granting a variance as set forth in the Code of Ordinances governing the City Commission, the Commission found that all necessary criteria had been satisfied. WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the Bo'ard of Adjustment correctly app.lied the applicable laws of the City and the State; and NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, that; ( Place for City Commission Decision ) PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS DAY OF ,1997.
