1997-17 Site Plan Approval for Temp Sales/Const Office-Fox Ridge RESOLUTION 97-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR TEMPORARY SALES AND CONSTRUCTION OFFICE IN THE FOX RIDGE SUBDIVISION, PETITIONED BY WCI COMMUNITIES; CASE NO. 02-SP-97. WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony for and against the petition of WCI Communities requesting site plan approval of temporary Sales and Construction office ; and WHEREAS, the proposed site plan revision has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board which voted 6-0 for approval. The proposed site plan is found to be in conformance with all applicable regulations and is in compliance with current concurrency as well as land development regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, that; The temporary Sales and Construction office Site Plan is approved with the following conditions: 1. This approval is based on a site plan entitled Northgate Model Center Site Plan prepared by WCI Communities dated received by the City of Parkland May 8,1997 containing two (2) sheets 2. The Petitioner shall be allowed to have the sales trailer, landscaping and parking for a period of thirty (30) months from the date of the Certificate of Completeness for the trailer. Petitioner shall remove all improvements and return to grade Lots 8,9 Block E Fox Ridge before thirty (30) months. 3. The Petitioner shall not place fence posts within the asphalt area of the roadway. 4. The Petitioner shall place with the City of Parkland a bond in the Amount of $4,000.00 prior to the issuance of any permit for construction related to this approval.
