1993-37 Home Acres Plat, Walter NagelRESOLUTION 93-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR PLAT APPROVAL OF HOME ACRES SUBDIVISION; CONSISTING OF 6 UNITS; CASE NO. 04 -PT -93. WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony for and against the petition of McLaughlin Engineering requesting plat approval of the Home Acres subdivision. WHEREAS, the proposed plat has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board which voted for approval. The proposed plat is found to be in conformance with all applicable subdivision regulations and is in compliance with current concurrency as well as land development regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, that; The Home Acres plat is approved with the following conditions: 1. This approval is based on the plat entitled Home Acres, prepared by McLaughlin Engineering, dated received August 24, 1993. 2. The subject plat should contain utility easements with a minimum total width of 15 feet, combined around all individual lots. 3. In conformance with the Code relating to the parklike setting requirements, a minimum of a 20 foot landscape buffer area shall be indicated on the plat adjoining Holmberg Road. 4. Prior to issuance of a building permit for any single family home within the Homes Acres plat, the home builder will be required to pay a park impact fee established at that time for local parks and recreation development. RESOLUTION 93-37 PAGE 2 5. The Petitioner shall receive site plan approval from the City not to exceed six single family homes. 6. The Petitioner shall not allow more than three single family residences to have access to NW 66th Lane. 7. The final drainage for the twelve acres must be designed so as not to adversely impact adjacent properties and shall be in conformance with Minimum Construction and Design Standards.
