1993-31 Landscaping and Buffering Entranceway Tall Pines NorthRESOLUTION 93-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR CASE NO 03 -SP -93 PETITION OF FLORIDA NATIONAL PROPERTIES FOR TALL PINES NORTH LANDSCAPING BUFFER AND ENTRANCEWAY WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a Public Hearing was held to hear testimony and receive exhibits for and against the petition of Florida National Properties for site plan approval for Tall Pines North landscaping buffer and entranceway. WHEREAS, the proposed site plan has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board which voted 6-0 for approval with conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, that; The site plan for the Tall Pines North subdivision landscaping buffer and entranceway is approved with the following conditions: 1. This approval is based on the site plan titled "Tall Pines North Phase I and Phase II", prepared by D. Johnson and Associates, Landscape Architects, dated received by the Planning Department on August 2, 1993 and composite known as Exhibit A dated October 20, 1993. 2. Installation of all landscaping and associated irrigation shall be in place and receive a final approval inspection from the City of Parkland, prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Tall Pines North subdivision. 3. The Petitioner shall, have the Phase II landscaping sheets L-4, L-5, L-6, L-7 upgraded to be consistent with Sheet L-2 as it relates to type of quality and quantity of plant material, as well as, rock wall features. RESOLUTION 93-31 PAGE 2 4. The Petitioner shall place no upright landscaping in the 21.5 feet on the west side of Riverside Drive, south of Holmberg Road, except existing mature landscaping. 5. The Petitioner shall have a minimum of three (3) native pine trees per single family residence in the Tall Pines North subdivision. 6.
