A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR REPLAT OF PARCEL C OF THE
TERRAMAR TWO. PLAT FOR THE MAYFAIR AT PARKLAND
SUBDIVISION; CONSISTING OF 247 UNITS; CASE NO. 03 -
PT -93.
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Commission a
Public Hearing was held to hear testimony for and against the
petition of Mecca Farms, Inc. requesting replat of Parcel C of
the Terramar Two Plat to be known as Mayfair at Parkland.
WHEREAS, .the proposed plat has beenreviewed by the Planning
and Zoning Board which voted 6-0 for approval. The proposed
plat is found to be in conformance with all applicable
subdivision regulations and is in compliance with current
concurrency as well as land development regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the
City of Parkland, Florida, that;
The replat of Parcel C of the Terramar Two plat is approved
with the following conditions:
1. This approval is based on the Mayfair at Parkland replat
prepared by Carnahan -Proctor and Associates dated received June
28, 1993, also included is the Impact Analysis Report dated
received June 21, 1993.
2. Prior to the signing of the plat by the City Engineer, the
petitioner shall have numbers 3 & 7 within the dedication
language on Sheet 1 to include the Homeowners Association.
3. The Developer shall provide to the City prior to the signing
of the plat by the City Engineer, documentation acceptable to the
City Attorney, which indicates the Homeowners Association is
responsible for removing and landscaping the temporary
ingress/egress between Hillsboro Boulevard and Lox Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18 DAY OF AUGUST , 1993.
