CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO ACCEPT A GRANT
OF EASEMENT BY FLORIDA NATIONAL PROPERTIES
INC.; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland finds
and determines that it is in the best interest of the
citizens of the City to accept the GRANT OF EASEMENT, by
Florida National Properties, attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars, receipt is hereby acknowledged, that two
strips of land in lots 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block B and in Parcel
A, Meadow Run, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat
book 151, page 6 of the public records of Broward County,
Florida, as more particularly

GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT made and executed this 21st day of
June , 1993, by FLORIDA NATIONAL PROPERTIES, INC., a
Florida corporation, having its principal place of business in
Coral Springs, Florida (hereinafter called the "GRANTOR"), to CITY
OF PARKLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose
post office address is 6500 Parkside Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067
(hereinafter called the "GRANTEE").
W ITNESSET H:
THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the GRANTOR hereby grants unto the
GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive utility
easement ("Easement") to install, construct, reconstruct, inspect,
alter, maintain, operate and repair underground lines and
facilities (including, but not limited to, cable television), and
the necessary appurtenances thereto, beneath the real property
legally described on Exhibit "A" (consisting of four pages)
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
GRANTEE by acceptance of this Easement, agrees for itself, its
successors and assigns, not to unreasonably interfere with the
right of ingress or egress of GRANTOR, its successors, assigns and
designees, or any other party requiring access to the aforesaid
property, and further agrees to require any of GRANTEE'S
franchisees to restore the surface of the aforesaid property
immediately following the installation or repair of any lines or
facilities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable
Agreement between GRANTEE and any franchisee.
SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions, covenants, conditions,
limitations and reservations of record, if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Easement is hereby granted unto said
GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, so long as this Easement is
used for the purposes stated herein (and for no other purposes).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has caused these presents to
be executed in its name, by its undersigned duly authorized
officers and its corporate seal July affixed hereto, the day and
year first above written.
