GRANTEE by acceptance of this Easement, agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, not to unreasonably interfere with the right of ingress or egress of GRANTOR, its successors, assigns and designees, or any other party requiring access to the aforesaid property, and further agrees to require any of GRANTEE'S franchisees to restore the surface of the aforesaid property immediately following the installation or repair of any lines or facilities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Agreement between GRANTEE and any franchisee. SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions, covenants, conditions, limitations and reservations of record, if any. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Easement is hereby granted unto said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, so long as this Easement is used for the purposes stated herein (and for no other purposes).
