RESOLUTION 92 - 19
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THAT
FIFTEEN FOOT PLATTED ROAD RESERVATION LYING
WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO TRACT 13, FLORIDA
FRUITLANDS COMPANY SUBDIVISION NO. 2 OF
SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CASE NO 01-
AB-92.
WHEREAS, the authority to vacate streets, alleys, public
hiqhways or other right of way is vested in the City commission
of the City pursuant to Chapter 166 of Florida Statutes entitled
the Municipal Home Rule Powers Act and pursuant to said power the
City Commission desires to vacate a certain riqht-of-way located
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City commission of the city of Parkland finds
that the 15 foot right-of-way road reservation'north of Holmberq
Road and south of 66th Lane, Parkland, Florida.
WHEREAS, the Planning and zoning Board has reviewed Case No.
01-AB-92 and recommends approval with a 7-0 vote.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF PARKLAND., FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The approval of Case No. 02~AB-92 with the following
condition.
1. This approval is based on the abandonment survey
attached as Exhibit A, containing one page.

Commencing at theSoutbwest corner of the Northwest one-quarter (NW1/4).
