DATE: MAY 26, 1992
.
The Engineering Department has reviewed the revised landscaping
berm plans for Meadow Run and finds these plans are in
conformance with the City's Minimum Design Standards with the
exception of the 3 to 1 slope on the rear side of the landscaping
berm abutting Holmberg Road. Since the 3 to 1 slope is located
on the rear of these berms, and lawn care maintenance companies
have informed me that a 3 to 1 slope is maintainable, the
Engineering Department finds no adverse concerns relating to
allowing 3 to 1 slope on the rear of the landscaping berm only.
