A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA FOR PLAT APPROVAL
OF THE PARKLAND CENTER PLAT, LOCATED SOUTH OF
LOX ROAD, WEST OF STATE ROAD 7, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 30 ACRES, PRESENTLY ZONED PCD,
CASE NO. 001 -PT -91.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has
adopted a Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has
adopted appropriate land development regulations requiring the
subdivision of property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board sitting as the Local
Planning Agency has found the proposed plat to be compliance with
the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the
proposed plat and recommended approval with a 6-1 vote;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND
ORDAINS THE APPROVAL OF THE PARKLAND CENTER PLAT WITH THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. This approval is based on the plat entitled "Parkland
Center Plat" prepared by Heller -Weaver & Cato, Inc.
dated received by the Planning Department on March 14,
1991.
2. This approval is based on the Impact Analysis Report,
for the Parkland Center Plat dated received by the
Planning Department March 14, 1991.
3. The Petitioner shall provide a 12 foot utility easement
along Lox Road prior to recording of the final plat.
4. The Petitioner shall add a Note prior to recording this
plat that states the following: This Plat shall be
subject to an Agreement between Mecca Farms, Inc. and
the City of Parkland, dated 7//7Jfi, recorded in the
Public Records of Broward Count
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF AUCUST , 1991.
