1991-26 Tall Pines North PlatRESOLUTION NO. 91-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, FOR PLAT APPROVAL OF TALL PINES NORTH, LOCATED SOUTH OF THE REALIGNED HOLMBERG ROAD, WEST OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE, EAST OF 87TH AVENUE;CASE NO 002 -PT -91. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted a Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted appropriate land development regulations requiring the subdivision of property; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board acting as the Local Planning Agency has found the proposed plat to be in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the above referenced plat and recommended approval with a 7-0 vote; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND ORDAINS THE APPROVAL OF THE TALL PINES NORTH CASE NO. 002 -PT -91 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. This approval is based on plat entitled "Tall Pines North" prepared by Craig, Smith, & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Planners & Surveyors, dated received by the Planning Department on May 6, 1991 containing five (5) sheets. 2. This approval is based on Impact Analysis Report entitled "Tall Pines North" plat dated May 6, 1991 by the Planning Department. RESOLUTION 91-26 PAGE 2 3. Prior to recordation, the plat shall include and identify that Parcels A and D shall be used for landscape and open space purpose. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1 7 DAY OF July , 1991.
