1991-12 Site Plan for Ternbridge Sales TrailerRESOLUTION NO 91-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FOR CASE NUMBER 001 -SP -91, SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR TEMPORARY SALES TRAILER FOR THE BENNINGTON SUBDIVISION, A.K.A. TERNBRIDGE. WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the City Commission of the City of Parkland to approve temporary sales buildings; WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland made a Motion to approve Case Number 001 -SP -91 with the following conditions: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA HEREBY GRANTS SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR CASE NUMBER 001 -SP -91 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. This approval is based on site plan entitled Sales Trailer/Site Plan/Planting Plan for Ternbridge Phase II prepared by Neal, Smith and Associates, Landscape Architects, Site Planning, dated received by the Planning Department on April 18, 1991. 2. This approval allows the temporary access to NW 64 Terrace across the non -access line only for the temporary sales trailer. This access shall be completely removed at time of development of Lot 93 for a single family residence. RESOLUTION 91-12 PAGE 2 3. The existing site located in the Cypress Trail Subdivision shall be completely removed of all debris and shall be seeded. 4. The Petitioner shall apply for and receive an occupational license from the City of Parkland to occupy the sales trailer as a retail licensed business. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1 DAY OF May , 1991.
