1991-01 Preliminary Plat Approval of Tall PinesRESOLUTION NO. 91-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, FOR PLAT APPROVAL OF TALL PINES, LOCATED EAST AND WEST OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND NORTH OF THE SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY. CASE NO. 005 -PT -90. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted a Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted appropriate land development regulations requiring the subdivision of property; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board found proposed plat to be in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the above referenced plat and recommends approval with a 6-1 vote; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND ORDAINS; THE APPROVAL OF THE TALL PINES PLAT, CASE NO . 005 -PT -90 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. This approval is based on the Tall Pines plat submitted to the Planning Department dated received November 20, 1990, prepared by Carnahan & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers. 2. This approval is based on the Impact Analysis Report dated received November 19, 1990. 3. The abandonment of existing right of way for NW 87th Avenue shall be completed prior to the recording of the final plat for Tall Pines (CASE NO. 001-A8-90). 4. The surface water drainage easement contained in parcel B shall be granted to the North Springs Improvement District for drainage purposes. 5. The Petitioner shall design and construct a positive drainage system for the portion of Riverside Drive adjacent to the Tall Pines plat as referenced by a letter dated December 11, 1990 from Bill Whitman, Florida National Properties, and letters dated December 10, and 11, 1990, from Jeff Bauer, Gee and Jenson, Engineering. The Petitioner shall bond for and construct a temporary stabilized cul-de-sac at the western end of NW 58th Court as part of the roadway improvements for the Tall Pines Plat. The design and location 'hall be approved by the City Engineer as part of the paving and drainage plans. Such cul-de-sac shall be paved within 180 days of written notice by the City to the Petitioner. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS SUSAN ARMSTRONG, C 23 DAY OF January 1991. SAL PAGLIARA i rYOR
