1990-15 Mangone & Sons Plat Approval RESOL\1I'ION NO. 90 - 1~ A RESOLt1I'ION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAMD, FLORIDA, FOR PRBLIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF THE MANGONE ARD SONS PLAT LOC1TBD BI1VIZN N.W. 74 TERRACE AND N.W. 72 WAY SOl1I'H OF H01JIBBRG ROAD (CASE NO. OO~- PT-89 ) WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted a Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Parkland has adopted appropriate land development regulations requiring the subdivision of property; and WHEREAS. the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the above referenced plat and recommends approval with a 7 - 0 vote; NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKLAND ORDAINS: THE APPROVAL OF THE MANGONE AND SONS PLAT, CASE NO. OO~-PT- 89 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: 1. This approval is based on preliminary plat titled "Mangone and Sons Plat". prepared by Brewer and Thiele. Consulting Engineers, Inc.. dated received by the Planning Department on May 2~, 1990. 2. The existing species of pond apple (annona globra) shall remain completely intact. on site, unless removal is approved by the City Manager or his designee. and every effort shall be made to preserve the existing grade of the cypress stand. 3. To be consistent with Pine Tree Estates parcel designation. the following parcels shall be modified as follows : Change "Parcel A" to "Lot 89-B" Change "Parcel 8" to "Lot 104-B" Change "Parcel C" to "Lot lO~-B" . Change the five (~) foot utility easements to five (~) foot drainage easements prior to final plat approval. ~.
